The hotel was equipped with Wi-Fi and had a 24-hour reception desk which was great. It is also located in a prime area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. The rooms were clean and well-presented with essential amenities provided.
My xmas stay was marred by a few issues. The air conditioning unit was too loud and it disturbed my sleep throughout the night.

I had a really good stay at this hotel! the location is perfect as it is close to both the shopping mall and the MRT station, making it really convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.
Only one small issue, but everything else was great!
